Court Denies UK Agency's Appeal In Price-Fixing Spat

Law360 (December 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Several pharmaceutical companies have prevailed in a long-running battle against a U.K. government agency after an appeals court rejected the office's bid to amend an indictment accusing the firms and their executives of price-fixing.
