No Good Reason For New Student Loan Forgiveness Rules

If the U.S. Department of Education has its way and adopts a new, vague standard for applying the “borrower defense” when it comes to student loan forgiveness, the floodgates could open to frivolous lawsuits against all forms of colleges: private, public, for-profit, HBCUs and community alike.
