Private Investor Seacoast Capital Nabs $239M For 4th Fund

Law360, New York (October 5, 2016, 3:57 PM EDT) -- Seacoast Capital, a private investment fund that makes minority investments in lower middle-market companies throughout the U.S., has closed its fourth fund after receiving $239 million from investors, the firm said Wednesday.

The fund, Seacoast Capital Partners IV LP, received contributions from a wide range of limited partners, including banks, private pension funds, private foundations, insurance companies, family offices and high net worth individuals, according to a statement.
