Federal Tort Reform Of Med Malpractice Actions Is Likely

The inaugural edition of the Law360 Medical Malpractice section opened with an article which suggested that because medical malpractice reform isn't addressed in the Affordable Care Act, it's not likely that President-elect Donald Trump will carve our such relief when revising Obamacare. However, there are some very good reasons to believe the contrary.
