TPP May Be Gone, But Trade Deals Will Happen

"Unsigning" the Trans-Pacific Partnership will have serious, negative consequences for U.S. strategic interests with TPP nations, U.S. allies and China. However, for the U.S. and other TPP nations, the forces that drew them to the TPP arrangements have not disappeared.
