Claims V. TJX Don’t Belong In State Court: 1st Circ.

Law360 (March 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a legal battle over what has been called the largest retail security breach in U.S. history, a federal appeals court on Monday agreed with TJX Cos.
