Fed. Circ. Revives Vector, Euclid Patent Spat

Law360 (April 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has vacated a lower court's summary judgment ruling for Vector Corrosion Technologies Inc. in a patent rights dispute with Euclid Chemical Co., finding that the language of a patent transfer agreement between Vector and an inventor is too ambiguous and remanding the case.
