Pegasus Imaging Corp. on Friday resolved a Florida case accusing a Northrop Grumman Corp. subsidiary of copyright infringement and breach of license for using certain software to provide medical information technology to the U.S. government.

Northrop Grumman Corp. has won its motion for a mistrial in Pegasus Imaging Corp.'s suit accusing the defense technology giant of breaching a licensing agreement and infringing a copyright in a deal it made with the U.S. Department of Defense.
