Antitrust Suit Over Failed Spinkler Co. Deal KO'd
A California federal judge on Tuesday dismissed Digital Sun's antitrust complaint against competitor Toro Co. over a failed takeover bid, but allowed the plaintiff to amend the case despite her doubts the suit would be successful.
