Eli Lilly and Co. on Wednesday criticized as "startling" Teva Parenteral Medicines Inc.'s post-trial brief in a fight over whether Teva's labeling on a generic version of the cancer drug Alimta causes physicians to infringe Lilly's patent, saying Teva is asking the court to ignore the evidence from a May bench trial.
