An Oregon federal judge entered judgment in Adidas AG's favor Friday on its claim that Herbalife International Inc. breached a prior settlement agreement in a dispute over Herbalife's tri-leaf logo, but said that Adidas wasn't entitled to a permanent injunction.

Sportswear maker Adidas America Inc. on Monday asked an Oregon federal judge to find that nutrition products maker Herbalife International Inc. breached a provision of the companies' 1998 trademark settlement agreement by using Herbalife's tri-leaf logo without putting its name nearby.
