Arcadia Group Brands Ltd. has accused a Slovenia-based home shopping television and Internet business of unfair competition, breach of a co-existence agreement, and infringement and dilution of Arcadia's famous Topshop mark in its alleged interference with the fashion brand's U.S. expansion.
