A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday invoked the U.S. Supreme Court's landmark decision in Wal-Mart Stores Inc. v. Dukes to deny class certification to about 17,000 female Lockheed Martin Corp. employees accusing the defense contractor of pay and promotion discrimination.
