Amazon.com Inc. has reached a settlement with Texas OCR Technologies LLC, bringing an end to OCR's infringement action over online search technology.

Texas OCR Technologies LLC on Friday accused Amazon.com Inc. of infringing a patent for displaying online search results, targeting a feature on the media retailer's Web site that allows users to search within books.
