Florida-based Aldar Tobacco Group asked a federal judge Tuesday to enter a judgment finding that American Cigarette Co. fraudulently transferred its assets to a related company to avoid paying a multimillion-dollar judgment to Aldar, saying the defense has shown no evidence to contradict this claim.
