Horizon Puts Up $20M To Exit Shipping Antitrust MDL
Horizon Lines Inc. has agreed to pay $20 million to resolve claims against it in the antitrust multidistrict litigation alleging the shipping and logistics company and others conspired to eliminate competition in the market for freight services between the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
