A federal judge has denied Palantir Technologies Inc.’s bid to escape an industrial espionage suit brought by rival intelligence software maker i2 Inc., allowing trade secrets theft and breach of licensing agreement claims to move ahead.

Investigative software maker i2 Inc. has filed suit against Palantir Technologies Inc., accusing the rival company and two of its employees of stealing trade secrets related to intelligence software and engaging in fraud, racketeering and criminal copyright infringement.
