Pfizer Inc. has set aside $330 million to settle multidistrict litigation and other remaining claims over injuries allegedly caused by hormone replacement therapies such as Prempro, a sum that would bring the drugmaker's total litigation losses to $1.2 billion, according to a regulatory filing last month.
