Integrated Technology Corp. notched less than a third of the $4.5 million in attorneys' fees it sought from a patent infringement case when an Arizona federal judge ruled on the matter Tuesday, according to a lawyer for the technology company.

An Arizona federal court on Friday granted Integrated Technology Corp. more than $39 million after the court and a jury found that precision testing systems Rudolph Technologies Inc. sold to semiconductor manufacturers infringed an ITC patent.
