An Indiana federal judge on Monday declined to reconsider her dismissal of a False Claims Act suit brought by a former Rolls-Royce Corp. engineer alleging the company sold defective aircraft engine parts to the federal government, saying the plaintiff had simply rehashed previously rejected arguments.

An Indiana federal judge on Monday tossed a False Claims Act case brought by a former Rolls-Royce Corp. engineer who accused the company of selling defective aircraft engine parts to the federal government, finding the engineer can't show that Rolls-Royce ever submitted a bogus claim to authorities.
