A California federal judge on Wednesday revived a claim that Trojan condom maker Church & Dwight Co. Inc. had infringed Mayer Laboratories Inc.'s trademark for the term "microthin" in the two rivals' antitrust dispute.

A California federal judge has given Trojan condom maker Church & Dwight Co. Inc. a win in its antitrust suit against rival Mayer Laboratories Inc., saying that a C&D rebate program did not constitute anti-competitive behavior, according to an order made public Thursday.
