Footwear retailer Genesco Inc. on Thursday settled a sexual harassment class action brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in New Mexico, agreeing to adopt a sexual harassment policy.

A New Mexico federal judge on Tuesday pared a sexual harassment suit filed against footwear retailer Genesco Inc. by an ex-employee who claimed her hours were cut after she complained about a store manager's unwelcome advances.
