Ohio High Court Asked For Input In Fireman's Asbestos Suit
An Ohio federal judge refused Tuesday to allow the Sixth Circuit to review a ruling in Fireman's Fund Insurance Co.'s $21 million dispute with Hartford Accident and Indemnity Co. over auto parts supplier Dana Corp.'s asbestos litigation costs, asking the Ohio Supreme Court to step in instead.
