Apple Triumphs In ZapMedia Patent Suit Over ITunes
A Texas federal judge ruled in favor of Apple Inc. in private technology company ZapMedia Services Inc.'s patent suit alleging the computer giant's iTunes software and related consumer products like the iPod infringed a ZapMedia Services patent, according to an order unsealed Wednesday.
