Chattem To License LecTec Patch Patents For $3.6M
Chattem Inc., the company behind Gold Bond and numerous other over-the-counter health care brands, agreed Monday to pay $3.6 million to LecTec Corp. to license two patents for medicated patches and exit an infringement action in Texas.

Endo To Pay $23M To Settle Patent Suit Over Patch
Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc. announced Wednesday that it would pay patent-holding company LecTec Corp. $23 million to settle a suit that accused the drugmaker of infringing two patents related to adhesive patches.
