$4.3M Engle Sanctions May Fund Ethics Training, Legal Aid

A panel of federal judges agreed Monday to reduce sanctions against two firms involved in a long-running tobacco litigation from $9.1 million to $4.3 million in order to resolve a dispute over attorneys fees and allow the litigation to "run its tortured course" and approach a conclusion.
