Shipbuilder To Open Frozen Venezuelan Account To Crystallex
Huntington Ingalls Industries Inc. asked a Mississippi federal court to lift an injunction on transfers from a Bank of New York Mellon Corp. account previously designated for the shipbuilder to secure payment from the Venezuelan Ministry of Defense, saying it reached an agreement with mining company Crystallex International Corp. that will give it access to the funds.
