Insurer Can Sue Fla. Atty Over $9M Hangar Deal: Judge
A Florida federal judge on Tuesday rejected a former Tew Cardenas LLP lawyer's assertion that an aviation insurer cannot sue him for allegedly bungling a plane hangar accident settlement, ruling the attorney represented the insurer as well as the insured.
