A federal judge has given Rosenthal Collins Group LLC two weeks to provide discovery materials related to a counterclaim in a protracted patent infringement suit the futures brokerage launched against Trading Technologies International Inc.

Trading Technologies has prevailed over trading firm Rosenthal Collins Group LLC, after a judge upheld the validity of two patents the software vendor has used to successfully wring a slew of settlement agreements from major players in the futures industry.
