A federal judge has nixed a lawsuit accusing Snapple Beverage Corp. of misleading consumers by labeling drinks sweetened with high fructose corn syrup as "all natural."

Snapple Beverage Corp. has asked a federal judge to throw out what's left of a failed class action over the company's "all natural" label claim, saying the plaintiffs have no way of proving they were deceived into paying a premium for the drinks based on that claim.
