Thermos Wins Another Round In Asbestos Coverage Suit
An Illinois federal judge ruled Friday that Safety National Casualty Corp. must cover Thermos LLC's settlement costs in a suit over an employee's asbestos-related death, building on an earlier decision that Thermos' policy with the insurer entitled it to recover legal defense costs.
