Thermos Wins Another Round In Asbestos Coverage Suit
An Illinois federal judge ruled Friday that Safety National Casualty Corp. must cover Thermos LLC's settlement costs in a suit over an employee's asbestos-related death, building on an earlier decision that Thermos' policy with the insurer entitled it to recover legal defense costs.

Thermos Prevails In Asbestos Suit Coverage Fight
An Illinois federal judge ruled Wednesday that Safety National Casualty Corp. must reimburse the Thermos Co. for defense costs incurred in a lawsuit that claimed Thermos exposed a former, now-deceased employee to asbestos-containing products.
