Schering Corp. on Friday asked a Connecticut judge to reconsider a ruling that the drugmaker had violated wage and hour law by denying pharmaceutical sales representatives overtime pay, contending that she had overlooked key facts showing the workers were not covered by the law.

A Connecticut federal judge ruled Friday that drugmaker Schering Corp. had violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by denying its pharmaceutical sales representatives overtime pay, shutting down for a second time Schering's argument that those employees were exempt.
