Pentair Water Treatment Co. and Westchester Fire Insurance Co. on Monday settled a suit in Ohio federal court over the interest and taxable costs of a $30 million judgment the water treatment company paid after a fatal outbreak of Legionnaires' disease on a cruise ship.

Pentair Water Treatment (OH) Co. has launched another suit against an insurer, this time seeking coverage from Westchester Fire Insurance Co. for the interest and taxable costs of the $30 million judgment the water treatment company paid following a fatal outbreak of Legionnaires' disease on a cruise ship.
