Tyson Foods Inc. has reached a deal to resolve a class action in Iowa federal court alleging the company failed to pay meatpacking plant workers for time spent donning and doffing personal protective gear, according to a filing submitted Wednesday.

Narrowed Class Gets OK In Tyson Donning, Doffing Suit
An Iowa federal judge granted class certification Thursday to a limited class of Tyson Foods Inc. employees in a lawsuit alleging Tyson Foods Inc. failed to pay meat packing plant workers for time spent donning and doffing personal protective gear.
