After previously failing to have claims against it dismissed, a New Jersey architecture firm on Thursday was finally tossed from a contractor's $3 million cost overrun suit filed against the Atlantic City Housing Authority over the construction of a housing project.

A New Jersey architecture firm must remain in a cost overrun suit filed against the Atlantic City Housing Authority after a federal judge ruled Tuesday that the construction company that filed the suit can pursue breach of warranty claims against the firm and ACHA.
