$69M Settlement OK'd Over Leaky Volkswagen Sunroofs
A New Jersey federal court on Friday approved a settlement valued at $69 million in a class action over sunroof drainage problems on several Volkswagen and Audi models, including $9.8 million in attorneys' fees and costs despite the case having been remanded from the Third Circuit for adequacy issues with the representative plaintiffs.
