Computerized drilling rig manufacturer Petron Industries Inc. has struck back at rival Key Energy Services Inc. in an infringement suit over patents for collecting data and conducting repairs in oil wells, accusing Key Energy of violating federal antitrust law and making fraudulent representations to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
