Avis-Dollar Thrifty Merger Faces Antitrust Suit
Franchisees of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Inc. have filed an antitrust lawsuit challenging Avis Budget Group Inc.'s proposed $1.52 billion buyout of Dollar Thrifty, a deal that would combine two of the four major car rental companies in the U.S.
