A Delaware federal judge on Monday dismissed consolidated patent litigation between Pfizer Inc. and Sandoz Inc. over Pfizer's blood pressure and cholesterol drug Caduet, after they agreed to drop the dispute.

Pfizer Inc. has won its bid to transfer to Delaware federal court a patent infringement case over Sandoz Inc.'s abbreviated new drug application to manufacture a generic version of blood pressure and cholesterol reducer Caduet.
