A Delaware federal judge overseeing a patent and antitrust dispute between Nokia Corp. and Apple Inc. over wireless and other technologies on Wednesday denied Nokia’s bid to stay Apple’s patent allegations as well as Apple's attempts to trim Nokia’s claims.
