Five men wrongly convicted of the infamous "Central Park jogger" attack are set to receive $40 million from New York City, after a settlement was reached in their $250 million consolidated civil-rights suit over their arrests and imprisonment, a Monday report said.

A New York magistrate judge ruled Tuesday that documentary filmmaker Ken Burns and Florentine Films are shielded from having to hand over to city officials film outtakes and interviews from their documentary about five men wrongly convicted of the infamous "Central Park jogger" attack who later sued the city.
