A federal judge on Wednesday dismissed fraud claims against Toyobo Co. Ltd. after it paid $6 million to settle a suit filed by First Choice Armor & Equipment Inc., which alleged Toyobo fraudulently sold defective fibers used to make bulletproof vests.
