Waverly Properties LLC and BKSK Architects LLP resolved their contract dispute over three multimillion-dollar Manhattan condominium units that Waverly claimed were riddled with expensive and dangerous defects when a federal judge signed off on their joint stipulation for dismissal Tuesday.
