Pom Wonderful LLC and Organic Juice USA Inc. on Tuesday settled a false advertising dispute in New York in which each company claimed that the other had mislabeled their products to deceive customers into believing their products were made from 100 percent pomegranate juice.

A federal judge has rejected competing motions for summary judgment in a false advertising dispute between Pom Wonderful LLC and Organic Juice USA Inc., saying neither side made a compelling case for a preemptive ruling on Organic Juice's counterclaims.
