A Texas federal judge on Thursday threw out a Blue Cross Blue Shield operator's off-label marketing suit claiming Pfizer Inc. misrepresented its antipsychotic drug Geodon and antibiotic Zyvox, saying the operator didn't show economic injury from Pfizer's actions.
