Axcess International Inc. asked a Texas federal judge Thursday to reject arguments by Baker Botts LLP that Axcess' suit — which accuses the law firm of sharing Axcess patent applications with a competitor — is time barred, saying the firm concealed its relationship with the rival, resetting the statute of limitations.
