L-3 Wins Revival Of $15M IP Suit Against Ex-Workers
A Virginia federal judge on Tuesday vacated the dismissal of engineering firm L-3 Services Inc.'s $15 million patent infringement suit against two former workers who allegedly breached their employment contracts, ruling that the parties had not reached a compromise.
