L-3 Services Inc. on Thursday settled its patent infringement, trade secrets and contract suit in Virginia against former employees who allegedly launched a company based on stolen biodecontamination technology.

A Virginia federal judge on Tuesday vacated the dismissal of engineering firm L-3 Services Inc.'s $15 million patent infringement suit against two former workers who allegedly breached their employment contracts, ruling that the parties had not reached a compromise.
