Ikon Office Solutions Inc. and General Electric Capital Services Inc. have settled an antitrust and fraud case brought against them by companies that competed with Ikon on photocopier leases, according to a joint filing in California federal court from Friday.

Ikon Office Solutions Inc. and General Electric Capital Services Inc. urged a California court Friday to sanction business services provider NewCal Industries Inc. for intentionally destroying evidence and keeping them from adequately defending themselves from antitrust claims.
