Fresherized Foods Inc. settled a dispute Tuesday in California seeking to recoup from Continental Casualty Co. the costs of defending and settling a suit claiming Fresherized used Pom Wonderful LLC's advertising concept to market pomegranate juice.

Fresherized Foods Inc. has sued Continental Casualty Co. in an effort to recover the cost of defending and settling a suit brought by rival Pom Wonderful LLC that accused Fresherized Foods of using its advertising idea to market pomegranate juice.
