    A Canadian man who admitted to bribing Iraqi officials to help his company Innospec Inc. secure United Nations contracts ripped federal prosecutors in Washington on Thursday after they threatened to withdraw their recommendation that he serve a relatively lenient 7 1/2-year sentence.
